The Students' Union offers rooms that are available to book during term-time.
All rooms and equipment are free of charge to Students' Union-recognised societies, clubs and Working and Representative Committees.
If you want to book a University teaching space, you will need to book this through University Room Bookings.
If you are inviting an external speaker to your event, you must submit an External Speaker Form at least 3 weeks in advance.

If you are a registered society, club or committee, then your President/Chair will have nominated three 'room bookers' who are authorised to book rooms in the Students’ Union (they will have been nominated through the Committee Details Part A Form). If you wish to change your nominated room booker, please enquire here.

If you want to book the music practice room and have not booked this before then please complete this form and include your University email address.
Once registered then please visit the Welcome Desk in the Students' Union to book your sessions.
Please note this room cannot be booked out for private music lessons.
